Your Yoga Teacher

An accredited yoga teacher with a three-year diploma from SYA, over 16 years' yoga teaching experience, and member of the IICT, I have taught over 1000 yoga classes since 2008. My journey has seen me teaching yoga classes, workshops and courses in yoga schools, colleges, universities, corporate institutions and online, assisting people aged 18 to 80 to maximise their health and wellbeing. My online classes allow me to bring yoga to people regardless of their location, tailoring the sessions to the specific needs of the individual or group. In my classes, I nurture a space where every person can explore their potential, no matter their age or physical condition, sharing the myriad benefits of this ancient practice.
